BT-Anlagenbau was commissioned with the implementation of a central process control system for mineral technology systems. The systems were to be completely monitored and controlled by means of a standard PC.

Visualisation and control

All parts of the system are interconnected and can be monitored and parameterised through web-based visualisation and control via a web browser.

This is achieved by using S7 controllers in combination with SIEMENS WinCC Web Navigator. This combination allowed for a particularly economical implementation of control and visualisation for our customer.

Two redundant servers manage visualisation and guarantee maximum reliability. Access is possible from any PC on the network with the relevant user ID and password without any additional installation effort.
