Plant control and logging for a purification plant

The purification plant of a globally renowned eastern Styrian company in the field of leather production has grown from a problem child to a model pupil for BT-Anlagenbau.

With the aid of a two-level approach, the existing purification plant has been continuously modernised since 2008. BT-Anlagenbau is responsible for the entire electrical implementation, from planning to commissioning and subsequent support.

By using the latest automation technology, the processes were able to be continuously improved. Thanks to a consistent process concept, it is now possible to quickly and efficiently assess and handle all processes centrally from a control room.

Wonderware InTouch, the U.S. market leader for process control was used as SCADA system. The new automation solution was universally adapted to the requirements of the production plant and therefore guarantees perfect functioning and system availability. In addition to an extremely high system availability, continuous data recording and fully automated logging are the results of close cooperation between the customer and BT-Anlagenbau.
