Process control (PCS7, S7, WinCC, PROFIBUS ...)
As a specialist for process control systems based on Siemens Simatic PCS7, BT-Anlagenbau has been successfully completing process automation projects for decades. In this respect, the status as Siemens Solution Partner underlines our expertise in the area of process control systems and guarantees that you as a customer will be working with experts!
The automation, measuring, logging, controlling and visualisation of processes are part of the core competencies of BT-Anlagenbau. Although we primarily use PCS7, we do, of course, also offer other solutions for central control and visualisation of your processes. Independent of whether S5, S7, WinCC, AutomationX, Wonderware or other systems are the optimum solution for your application: BT-Anlagenbau will develop the most profitable solution based on your wishes and requirements!
The following examples give a representative idea of some of the process control systems implemented by us:
BT-Anlagenbau was commissioned with upgrading and retrofitting the process control system of a boiler house.
The complete acquisition, control and visualisation of the processes was implemented strictly according to the specifications established together with the customer within a short time. The key requirements for the control system were reliability, minimum interference with operations and the central acquisition and visualisation of all processes.
BT-Anlagenbau implemented the automation solution, including the process control system for an ultra-filtration system. The processes were to be completely recorded, controlled and visualised. Systems used in the food industry particularly require above-average standards regarding quality, cleanliness and safety! Here, BT-Anlagenbau impressed with its many years of experience and highly qualified staff.
BT-Anlagenbau was commissioned with the implementation of a central process control system for mineral technology systems. The systems were to be completely monitored and controlled by means of a standard PC. All parts of the system are interconnected and can be monitored and parameterised through web-based visualisation and control via a web browser.
The purification plant of a globally renowned eastern Styrian company in the field of leather production has grown from a problem child to a model pupil for BT-Anlagenbau. With the aid of a two-level approach, the existing purification plant has been continuously modernised since 2008. BT-Anlagenbau is responsible for the entire electrical implementation, from planning to commissioning and subsequent support.
