BT-Anlagenbau was commissioned with supplying the entire electrical and control equipment of an external cylindrical grinding unit for pipes.
The scope of delivery of this system comprised the planning of the facility, electrical equipment manufacture, programming, delivery to China, on-site assembly and commissioning as well as training of the operating staff.
The key task of this new high-tech plant is to separate waste plastics from Yellow Bin and Yellow Bag waste collection as homogeneously as possible. Because only when it is well sorted can light-weight packaging meet the requirement of achieving optimum quality for recycling. PET bottles and polyethylene and polypropylene packaging are particularly suitable for recycling.

Thanks to continuous automation, all processes in the plant, from the entry of lorries to be loaded to their exit, were secured and recorded.
BT-Anlagenbau was commissioned with the complete electrical design of the system, taking into account all provisions and standards, as well as the subsequent manufacture, programming, installation, commissioning and operator training.
The hot-cutting system is used for the automated and manually controlled cutting of BDM-rolled bars (tracks) as well as beam blanks and semi-finished products.
Its special task is to separate BDM-rolled bars on both sides so as to obtain a crop length of 150 – 500mm by respectively changing the cutting angle by +/- 15°.
